I hit 200,000 miles a few years back with the 40… unless it was 300,000 miles, can’t be sure with a 5 digit odometer. I guess mine is 19 years older.

I am not really sure about mine either - but my 78 has gone around about 4 or 5 times, maybe 6, I have owned it for about 35 or 40 years

You’ve got me beat. When I bought mine in ‘91 it was a rusty POS with “35,000” miles on the odometer. I’m certain it was at least 135k, and most likely wasn’t 235k but there’s no way to tell now how many miles are on the cowl, windshield frame, front doors, front bib, and front axle housing. Nothing else is left of the July’74 I purchased.

The engine has about 75k miles on it, transmission & t-case <30k since replaced & rebuilt, 3rds are 60 series, and a mixture of other parts that work together. Once you pass the point of no return, mileage doesn’t matter anymore.
