I was testing out the ML stereo and could hear some rattling coming from the rear of the truck. Maybe the tailgate area? There's also some sort of droning/rattling sound coming from the AC. I included a short vid of the AC noise as that's the most annoying atm. Any ideas?

With that said, damn.. this thing rides nice!

It's the blower motor

for the rattle. check to make sure your jack is secured tight. I also recently had a rattle and stuffed carpet between the body and the back of the subwoofer enclosure (accessible through the jack compartment)

blower motor could have junk in it like leaves or needs replacements. might as well start by checking cabin filter and replace or clean out that area as a start

First off, congrats on your new (to you) GX! Yes, they do drive nice, are comfortable, capable and most of all reliable!
If you have a compressor, try blowing into your dash vents. Also look at the cabin filter in your glove box. You can either blow that out or replace. They're cheap enough.
I'd also blow out any/everything along the outside where the windshield wipers are.

The filter is new and the motor looked pretty clean. Someone elsewhere said it sounded like a bearing in it might be bad. And thanks, it's amazing these are going for less than 4runners. Such an amazing ride. Going 80 feels like you're going 40.

I've ordered a replacement motor. I've gotta look into the front left dash speaker now, it's rattling as well.

We had the blower motor bearing go out in my wife’s 4Runner. Sounded like a Wookiee trapped in the dash. Very easy to change out.

Original video reuploaded to YT:

So, I've installed the replacement front blower motor by Four Seasons. The replacement is making noise as well. Does this sound like I got something that sat on the shelf too long and needs to be lubed up or should I ask for a replacement?

Here's how the new one sounds:

Am I hearing a little whirring noise in the second video? I don't think I hear one in the top video.

In the first video, the blower motor (OEM) is making a sort of buzzing noise. When I pull it out and give it a few hard hand spins I can hear a noise. Like you said, in the second video there's a sort of whirring noise the replacement blower motor is making. My wife said she couldn't hear it, and I thought I was losing my mind lol, BUT IT'S THERE! I ordered a cheaper (than the 4seasons motor from PartsGeek (I don't think I'll order from them again.)) from Amazon on Thurs and installed it today. No noise. This one was about $30 cheaper than the Four Seasons motor. This little mini-saga is over.

Now I guess I have to remove the 3rd-row seats and the side panel just to access the rear speaker near the ML amp and see what's making it rattle. Would've been much nicer if we could have just removed that metal grate that's on the side panel instead of all this extra nonsense.

Glad that issue is solved!
For the rattle, have checked the cubby where the jack and tools are? sometimes things get loose in there. It's a lot easier than tearing into all the panels.

That'd definitely be easier. I played Angel by Massive Attack and I could hear a rattle coming from that speaker area. I'll go dig around and see somethings in that cubby
