anybody have a set of rear seat for a 40 for sale
also would like to get stock roll bar

Rocky, since the Starsky & Hutch FJ40 isn't a stock truck, maybe a forward facing rear seat would be acceptable?

Check out the rear seat from a Wrangler, dodge Raider/mitsu montero, Bronco, BroncoII. There are also minivans w/ 2nd or 3rd row seats that are easily removed and have their own seatbelts. When you find one of these trucks in the junkyard, the driver's seat will be trashed, but the rear seat has never been sat in.

I've got at least the stock rollbar. My dad is in Sidney at least once a week for work (Reliable Castings right off the highway) and can posibly bring it up for you as well. What year rollbar are you looking for?
