I dont think we'll be meeting before noon. I am thinking we would meet more around 2 and then have 4 hours of hanging out before heading out to the ball game. Will update tomorrow w/ definative time and place as a small speed bump has been thrown our way.

Actually I might still be able to make it can I get the zip code and city so I can find myself directions.
 
Alright, its been a hectic couple of days but everything is still a go. My 88 year old grandfather had to have a couple of stints put in yesterday over at Wake Forest Baptist Hospital. Everything went good and he is doing well. The yard is not fenced but there is about 8 acres for them to run around on. There is also a run between two trees that you can use but you may want to bring the kennel for the ball game. It should be a good time, looking forward to seeing a bunch of people.
 
Stephen sorry to hear about your grandfather, hope all is well with the recovery. I won't be able to make it but I appreciate you offering up your venue. You all have fun.

I won't be able to make it this month. Have to be back in Raleigh for dinner and a concert (something about beer for horses, angry Americans, and such). :rolleyes:

Stephen, I hope your grandfather makes a speedy recovery.

*UPDATE*

Steves Grandfather is being readmitted for another procedure this weekend and there are numerous family members inbound at the moment who will be staying at Steve's through the weekend to be with his grandfather. Because of this we have decided to move the meeting to S4Cruisers house to make things a little less hectic for our hosts family.


So with that said, heres the new plan.

We are going to meet at NOON in Burlington as Jon and Stephanie have been so gracious to offer up their place on short notice. Hopefully the move will make it a little easier/closer for most folks that had planned on attending. Also weve moved it up a bit to make the trip easier for those that need to travel or have evening plans. We will meet around noon and plan to have a BBQ lunch instead of dinner.... around 1pm.

Please speak up if you not on the list so we can have an idea of how much food to provide.

Activities will be Lawn Games (frisbee, ladder golf, bocee, etc) and possibly a lift install on an 80.

Saturday is looking to be hot, so be sure to bring sunscreen, water and a chair.

Thanks for the prayers everyone, hes doing real well right now. When they put the stint in the other day they found another artery that was clogged also, they may release him from the hospital by tomorrow to stay here but they want him back in around next tuesday to do the other stint after a week of recovery time from this first one. This really did'nt bother having the meeting here but all of my aunts and uncles as well as my grandpas brothers and sisters are going to be here this weekend now to visit him so it will more than likely be a madhouse here. I can think Jon and Stephanie enough for hosting this on such short notice. I should still be able to make it though so I look forward to seeing everybody there.
 
Stephen, glad to hear the good news about your grandfather.

Jason/Jon, I'll plan on making the meeting with the location/time change. If anyone from the Apex area wants to ride with me, I'll have some empty seats in the 80.
 
What's the date of this?
