Wanted jdm front left door handle part

I'm looking for the window switch from a JDM front-left door -- the passenger side on a RHD truck.

I just need the little plastic bit that holds the power window (and possibly power door lock) switch.

I'm removing my master switch and want to put something there that looks stock.

Brown color strongly preferred.
