Hi all, first time poster here. In London, looking to import either an lx570 or an LC. Everything in London is diesel and tired of paying ulez in my current 2008. Seems to be plenty of specs available on the lx given similarities with the US model. Does anyone have any colour on the lc? The 4.6l engine is decent? A little less power compared to the 5.7l it seems but much better than what we can buy domestically in the uk! Any colour/thougjts would be appreciated

The 5.7 is worlds better than the 4.6

having said the above, is there a large cost difference for you on the imports between the two motors?

Not a huge amount—before vat and import duty, maybe 6-7k. Not terrible i suppose and nicer as well.
 
IMO: Only con of 1UR-FE (4.6L) to 3UR-FE (5.7L) will be less power & torque.

4.6L was never put in 200 series in North America

1UR-FE will get noticeably better fuel economy
