Howdy All!
January's meeting had myself, Frank, Damon, Ben, Paul and Julie, and a newcomer named Saul. Welcome to the newcomers!
The voting members did vote to go forward with officer elections. A review of the bylaws revealed that the voting members present constitute a quorom, so we proceeded with an election for an interim Board.
It was decided that the interim would last until the May meeting. This would give people a chance to go to Cruise Moab w/ the Rising Sun Club and then decide on the future of the Club. This will also give time to go on an all out recruitment drive.
The New Officers:

Vice Pres: Ben
Secretary: Julie
Treasurer: Damon
Land Use: Paul
TLCA Delegate: FJ
Congratulations to the new Officers!
After elections the Treasurer moved to release any and all funds for promotional purposes. This was approved.
I will order 40 promo copies of TT to distribute to those who purchase new FJ Cruisers at Pederson and over in Greeley.
Frank will purchase 40 decals of the old club logo.
We then moved on to FEAT. The club will support the new Medical Center of the Rockies at I-25 and 34. MCR will be opening on Valentines Day. If this winter keeps up like this, we will busy!
Club meetings will be moved to the last Thursday of the month.
Feb trail run will be Storm Mountain on Saturday, February 3rd.
Raffle! Ben won a low press tire guage. Saul won the leftover pizza. I won a subscription to 4 Wheel and Off Road. Paul and Julie won a low press air guage.

I got a PM from an interested Cruiser head who missed our meeting. He has meeting space to offer near where we are currently meeting.
