J springs

What are J springs? and I still only see a 5 or 6" lift on the slee site.

The OME J springs are a little longer than the OME heavy springs. They work out to be about 3". Slee's site will be updated fairly soon. There's a bunch of stuff that they have that aren't listed right now.
