I got it running last thursday evening before I went out of town. Ran pretty good good, but we could not get it right. We called the company...talked for about an hour...checking all kinda of stuff....they believed it was the computer so we sent the computer back. I hope to have it next week. From what I saw and heard it will be SWEET!!!......once we get everything right.

What's up fellows!!! been a while....but i've been busy.
We got El Torro running today. Turns out we had a vacumm leak; however, the major problem was a bad computer. We got the new one in today and plugged it up and it cranks and idles fine. It has been raining so I couldn't take it for a spin. I will try to take some pics tonight. I might try to ride down to porter lane tomorrow if it is not raining.

Finally!!!!
We got it running.
Rob and Kevin at Affordable Fuel Injection were awesome, great support.The kit was pretty easy, everthing was labled with different connections on every wire.....no way to mess up!! We just had one hiccup.......bad computer. When we had finally narrowed it down to it, they sent a new computer, we plugged it in....and....SHABIP!!!!!! DONE!!!. Kevin said that was the first computer that was bad that he new about.
We could have had the truck running in two days easily if the computer would have been good. Here are a few pics
Got the air cleaner from downey.
I got some hard fuel line and bent it to get it up off of the manifold....it was pretty close.
Had to fab a bracket for the throttle....I still have a little work to do on it.

One day the stars will align and I want one of those trucks. It was an awesome experience riding with my top off... I mean the top off and crawling over some good rocks.
But until then JROB next trail ride I am taking up a seat on a few trails....
