FYI the ranch is 100 miles from moab and 35-40min from telluride plently of room to camp.

not really a house more of a steelbuilding appartment but when its complete there will be 2 bunk beds and a bed up stairs, full kitchen, wood stove, 2 bathrooms. theres also an attached shop-two car garage with 220v power. will see how much gets completed here in the next month or so.
