I finally got around to trying the football inflation inside the door trick to relieve the dents in my passenger rear door. It works. Not back to factory lines but I had to quit due to a failed needle valve. It may get better still. Instead of a caved-in door I now have mostly just rock rash on the outside. And best of all, the door now opens and closes as effortlessly as before. For anyone with a dent who doesn't want factory fresh lines and a bunch of bondo I recommend this approach because the cost is a Walmart football and some compressed air.

I found mine in the FJ60MUD archives, which linked to Utube but the idea is still the same. In a lot of ways my experience was better than the Utube link given the degree of defomity I was deasling with.
