Is this noise anything to be worried about?

I just bought this 2007 tundra with the 4.7 liter V8. 126,000 miles drives super smooth but there’s a faint noise that you can only hear when idling and outside of the car. You can hear it better from the front wheel well. It’s not loud at all but and does not seem to be problematic but I want to make sure. It’s a faint ticking/ clicking noise

More than likely an exhaust leak at the manifold, pretty common on these
