tons of dies 280 degree ones , all i have are 120 degree
hydro would be soooo nice bending 2" .120.

I think you'd be money ahead in the long run selling your setup and buying that one. You can usually get damn near what you paid for a bender back out of it on Pirate. So put yours on PBB for $50 less than you paid, and snatch up the hydro setup. I hope to convert my JD2 to hydro eventually, but I'll probably do it on the cheap with a harbor freight air/hydraulic setup.

NO !! don't buy that piece o sh@* !! I can give you the dimensions off of mine, and like D'Animal said build it. You can then put more money towards dies.I will post pics tommorow, if you like it and have'nt bought already let me know - either way!!

You can make a way better bender for about $650.00

Just checking to see if you bought that bender ? Sorry I have'nt been able to post those pics yet - been moving !
Anyhow this bender was made by my friend at the time, I did'nt have the time - cost me $2000.00 new (-) dies but he claims the parts and materials were just under $850.00 what a pal huh !!
I could give you the specs or have one made for that price, although that one comes w/dies it looked very confusing to use. your call!
Would like to see some pics of brokenparts bumper !!

I have a JD2 and got it for around 750 I think. (new)

I doubt the hydrolics is worth 1400.. I mean rams and hoses are around 75 bucks...


If it has an ass load of dies it might be worth it. But if it doesnt I would pass....
