Anyone with a picture of the shield in place ? Apparently there is an upper and lower shield

It's a clamshell - upper and lower. I'll try to post a picture tomorrow.

On a 62...in case its the same

Mine just started to leak from the seal after some Death Valley action a couple of months ago. Time for the hydro assist and rebuild.

So bottom line appears to be there are no grease zerks in the steering u joints. there is so many vacuum lines, (sooned to be thinned out) and plumbing it is very hard to examine the joints closely on my '76 FJ55.
