It looks like it has some factory similarities, but just as much that is not.

It also has a 3 hinge tailgate (looks a little unstockish) and the headache rack is not stock.

Late model 45 beds are definately different,but close to the early pre 79 ish style.The 3 hinge tail gate looks like it might be a repro and the headache rack is not original.

Just like hard top for the 43/44 series made in Columbia this bed looks close to stock but not quite the same. My guess a locally made bed. Seen a lot of stuff out of south America that looks close stock but different for the 4X series.
