I got this from several sources, from printed documents to conversations with former plant employees.

Perhaps Hembrita or Querida (a synonym, which also means Honey) is a good name for your 45 Series.

I dont see it talked about here for your Venezuelan CKD truck... but... the 879379 engine number does bring it to an 86' model truck... i am pretty sure that number would either be late 85´ or very early 86´ ... i am siding more towards 11/85 for the engine...

you can check the engine number casting stamp to see the YMMDD of the stamp.... the year would be the first spot ... a 5 for 85 or 6 for 86... then month and day
