Want to tow my FJ behind the motorhome and being the FJ does not have nutural in the transfer case, the only way I know is to trailer it. Is there an answer out there?? Putting it up on a trailer is a PAIN.

Should be able to, if you remove the rear driveshaft.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but with add only the hubs and cv's should be spinning up front and the rear would be fine.
Just don't want to have the auto or manual tranny in neutral and not getting lubrication.

My understanding is no! The auto can't without the rear drive shaft being disconected, and the manual can't because it is all time four wheel drive. Double check with your local dealer but this is my understanding.

I think your both right. This is the way I understand it also. Toyota really messed up on this. They will miss out on a lot of market share. I traded my Jeep off on this and now will be looking to get back into a Ruibcon for my motorhome. I will probably keep the FJ but I am really bummed.
