I have been collecting data using my laptop and winaldl, on my TBI 350.

For my IAC row, all I am getting at idle is 1 and 0's.........is this normal? I am hoping to determione if it is working correctly.

I've been trying to get it to work with mine, but I can't get it to talk right.

I made a cable, actually 3 and none of them work correctly. Are you seeing a Green 20 in the upper corner or is it flashing red?

Back out your minimum idle screw. Turn key off and then restart. The number will go up but you will have to re-adjust your tps. Get to 40 counts on your iac, and .54 volts on your tps. 0 counts means your iac is shut.

jump the two terminals on the aldl that you would to check codes. Turn key on, iac should be buzzing. unplug iac. Turn off ignition. Take jumper cable out. start motor and adjust minimum idle that your motor will do without stalling. This is all done with warm engine. Turn key off. plug in iac and start, it will vary idle until it learns where to be. Check your iac counts, and back out or drive in minimum idle screw until you are at 40 counts. Remember that the iac steps wont change until you cycle the key and restart.

If the iac counts dont change your iac is not working and throttle plates are solely controlling idle.
