Cleaned the LC up today and snapped a few pics with the new bumper installed. Ordered the Ironman Protector Bullbar from Cam at Iron Pig Offroad who gave me a super deal on it! Highly recommend these guys and will order from them agian in the future. Cam will do his best to match or beat any advertised price to get your business.
I could not find much info on this bumper and no detailed pictures of it installed on a US spec LC. Cam assured me it was of high quality and comparable to the arb units, at a much lower price. It is very well made and comes with everything except a winch! Chrome bars, driving lights, LED running lights, LED turn signals, wiring harnesses, and winch mount are all included.
Install was pretty straightforward. No issues. Having a second set of hands is a must when mounting/aligning. Wiring is simple. Soldered everyting and used the factory fog light wiring and stalk switch for the driving lights.
Only 2 grips:
1) Had to source 2 mounting bolts as the ones that came with it were a different thread pitch. I reused 2 of the longer factory bolts.
2) The license plate mounting holes are in too far inward to mount a US license plate. Not a huge deal for most, but we are required to install a front tag here in the Commonwealth. I found a plastic mount/bracket that I modified to work.
Here are a few cell phone pics. I will try to answer any questions if anyone is interested. Thanks
