3rd is Bob being the showman he is, tried to bring it out on 3 wheels and complete his roll while being winched

Looks like I missed a fun time. Let's see a picture of the transfer case.
No pics yet but let's just say I'm going to have to wrap it in duct tape before I pull it. I believe the case is split all the way around.

Did you contact AA re torque and shim settings for stock innards in the Orion case? Their site should have the most up to date pdf on that. You might want to check with Randy there.
