 I just wanted to say hi.

I just recently found this site. I have a blue FJ on order (EDD May 20th:grinpimp: ).

I'm finally getting rid of my Mits Montero. I've been on the 4X4 wire for a couple of years but this looks like the place to be for the FJ's. I'm planning on a 3" lift. I'm currently debating between the OME and the Donohoe. If anyone one has any suggestions between the two I'd love to hear what you have to say. I'm going to try and stuff 33's under it (305-70-r16's). I'm a little nervous about the front body mount. If anyone has pictures of it I'd love to see them.

Wayne,
the Hoes are going to be a step up from the OME for sure but they will cost a bit more too. Either way, it's going to be a good setup
If money isn't a factor between the two, everyone that upgrades from OME to Hoes, loves and notices the improvement.

What about 285's instead? They will fit for sure.

Good luck!

welcome :flipoff2:

not sure the OME is an "official" kit yet, but it's coming....

I think I'm going to go with the Donohoes in the front. Do they even make rear coils or should I just plan on OME for the back.

I'd like to go with the 305's if I can fit them purely for off road capability. I'm planing a trip to the Rubicon in August if I can get everything set up in time to make it.
