Agreed.
Does look good.
If you ain't to picky, I picked up some rollbar pads that had been painted. If you want to paint them and use them, they are yours.
Just trying to pay it back, for that wonderful tail gate I received from you.
Let me make sure I can find them first.
Shane

Thank you Shane. I hope the tailgate worked out for you. Your offer is generous and welcomed but I want you to know you are under no obligation to me for the tailgate so you don't owe me anything. However, I will happily accept them. Thank you!

Just ordered a GPS speedo, no calibration required and no speedo cable needed. Looking forward to seeing just how fast I am really going.

I will find and figure a way to get them to you. They ain't purtty like they are, but you may be able to make a silk purse out of them. The tailgate is a rust (work) in progress. I finely separated the pieces and in the planing stage now. The Harbor freight $4.99 spot weld drill bit did all the spot welds and even a few places I thought were welds.

The PO allowed the back clear plastic window in the soft top to crack right dead in the middle and rain must have flowed in like a river. I believe that helped the rusting along and made it worse. Sadly there are people who just let the 40's rust away to nothing. Looks like you are making good progress though.

I also have the rear license plate holder if you are interested at the same price as the tail gate.
