My 92 still had the new car smell when I bought it. Granted I bought it new so...

My 93 smelled (and looked) like raccoons had an orgy in it...

Mario was shockingly well detailed (engine too) by the classic car dealer I bought from, but also pretty well kept. Luigi...yeah...not so much.

For those looking for a steam clean... Check in your local area for a Servpro, Coit, Stanley Steamer or the likes. They clean upholstery all the time with commercial grade equipment and it will be far better than what you can rent. Would be worth a few phone calls to see if they would hook you up. Word of advice, make sure it drys!! I steamed my 4Runner out once and put the windows up too soon as rain was coming. I then proceeded to let it is sit unattended for a couple of days. Zoinks, it smelled like ass forever before I got that musty smell out.

Update, I ditched the SRX, got new front seats in the LC, fixed my sunroof drain issue, and 572 other little projects. LOVING this vehicle. (I did just pick up an '18 Cadillac XT5 in April....there is just something about hopping in it and being able to whip in and out of traffic when I do decide to leave my happy little island for anything). I did EVERYTHING you guys told me not to do, (22" wheels, lift, etc...) and I STILL love it! Havent hit the forum up in a HOT MINUTE (like over a year) but had a brake light issue this morning, did some searching here, and thought I'd update my old posts. It was fun to see the old pics in this thread! Re-confirms my stoke with everything I've done so far to customize my LC to me!
