intermittent wiper setting not working . The slow and fast (not as slow) seem to work fine.
Any ideas? wiper relay, faulty switch

No , when they are on they sound smooth and work great. When it is set to intermittent they work as if was set on the slow speed setting. There is no difference between the two.

Make sure the small wire is indeed hooked up to the relay (black squareish box under drivers side dash). Check fuses. You may try swapping in another relay from a rig being parted out or maybe just borrow another local cruisers relay to try and isolate the problem.

I can count on two hands the total number of 60/62 in Lubbock and out of those only one person has ever givin the thumbs up or wave as we cross paths. They all seem to just own the vehicle and really do not no anything about them. I start to ramble and I get a look like I should be wearing a safety helmet but the good thing is when one goes up for sale . They don't realize what they have.
So as far as borrowing a fellow cruiser part or even finding one in a junk yard...not going to happen.
Well I say this but would one from a 62 work? becouse a guy I now has a 62 (well its his girlfriends)

if you diconnect the intermit box does the first position on the stork still work if not take the box into any guy who can do minor soldering and ask them to give it a resolder on all the joins it doesnt take long it normally solves alot of hassels

Thanks for the info. I will try that.

Where is this wiper delay control box located?

Its a black box under the dash under the choke is, above the clutch pedal, kinda behind the fuse box if I remember correctly. My intermittent did not work, I got another one from a Mud member and have had no issues since.
