Anyone know if you can swop an intake manifold from a 2F and put it on a 1F?

I'm having trouble finding a replacement 1bbl carb, and was wondering if I could replace it with a 2bbl I have in my garage.

If it is a 68-74 F engine, then it will have the improved cylinder head w/ a 2bbl manifold already.
If it is an E-67 head w/ siamesed ports, then the factory 2bbl manifolds will not fit.

A workaround for the 1-bbl carb & siamese head performance limitations is to install a 68-72 cylinder head and 2bbl manifold.
A quick upgrade that provides better breathing, better carb, higher compression.

I must have option #2, since I know I have a single.

Where might one get a 68-72 cylinder head for cheap?
Sounds like a great fix with much benefits, but it also sounds like it's mucho $$$.
