Instrument Panel (Dash) Removal tips (1 Viewer)

I am still trying to troubleshoot my non functioning blower motor for a 1997 LC. I have ruled out the blower motor, heater relay, gauge fuse, FL heater fuse.

I am not trying to locate and test the blower speed control relay and blower resistor. From the FSM, these parts seem to be located under the passenger side dash. Does anyone have any tips on how to remove the dash? Could I get to the relay and resistors by removing the passeger side air bag from below?

Doubt you have to go that far. Remove the glove box and side kick panel. The parts are either behind the glove box or in the side panel.
