Have to say things went smooth. Thanks to Kevin for sending me some. I must of had some sag in the front it sat 2" lower than the rear. I ended up with a slight rake after I was done. About an 1" lift in the front. They really feel great though, that was my biggest concern. When is someone going to put out a kit with longer lower control arms and cv axles, extended tirods maybe spindles. That seems the way to get some real suspension travel. I remember years ago total chaos and spencer low racing were all over it. Just extending each side an 1 1/2" could gain considerable wheel travel. No drop down diff brackets or crazy cv angles.

I just did the front for now, nothing wrong with the rear setup yet. I'll post a pic tomorrow. I also replaced the tires with some yoko's at-s 26570r17 I see you have a 95 fzj. how many miles? replaced the head gasket yet? I have a 94 with 200,000. no mods on it yet, been using it for work.

I had the 2" coilovers on my last truck and they make a great product. I know the new ones I have now are redisigned and got rid of the bump stop thunk. Which design are you running?

not sure Kevin at southern style speed had an extra pair that metal tech sent him. They are the standard travel 600lb spring rate I think. I think they were originally for an FJ because the box had some relocation brackets for the sway bar marked Fj

I'm sure you can crank those Radflo coilovers for up to a 2" lift at least and eliminate the rake. As far as a long travel kit , any total chaos/camburg kit 2"+ or 3.5"+ will work with the GX/FJ/4Runner as the coilover/lower control arms/tie rods are all the same. Just no one has done it yet.. I wish I could but with the full 3.5" kit, constant problems with tie rod extensions bending/cv joints busting (typ. long travel problems) just not reliable enough for me.
