It is currently disconnected, the time switch is. I have a new one to installCold start injector mounted on the top left of the intake. It is controlled by the cold start injector time switch mounted on the thermostat housing.
I drove the lc to autozone to get the sparkplugs and replace them in the parking lot and when I got there, it was warmed up and I checked the exhaust coming out and it smelled almost scented compared to when the old injectors were in and it was like a sweet fuelly smell that stung my nose. I do believe it was running rich before and now its leaned out tremendously. I might use this to my advantage, but as someone said, I should reset my ecu and see what happensHave you tried doing what was earlier recommended by letting the LC warm up and then disconnect the 7th injector? If that injector is not doing it's job after the motor is warmed up it will still add fuel causing a rich/sluggish condition.
Yes or the EFI 15 amp fuse - whichever one let it stay disconnected for about 15 minutes. The ECU is older tech that doesn't relearn anything unless it is reset.I did not, and that's just disconnecting the battery to be sure?
