1989 HJ60 LS CONVERSION

I’ve got a 1989 hj60 that I’m wanting to do a 6 litre LS and auto conversion on.
I’ve never done a conversion using a motor/trans with computer management.
As I’m wanting to do 99% of work myself. I’m looking for any helpful information from people that may have already done the conversion.
1, How to wire in computer management for motor and trans to body.
2, What transfer case have people used for either a 4l60 or 4l80 (still may use factory h55f 5spd but still looking for information).
Any helpful information at all on a 60 series LS conversion would be great.

@Rob81 I have 6.2L LS3 with a 6L80 mated to the original Toyota Transfercase with an Advanced Adapter in-between the Transfercase and Transmission in my 1989 FJ62. Happy to answer what I can.
