(Dad here)....Owen (my 16year old son) recently bought a 99 LX470. Long story short we were having trouble with the cam shaft that connects the key cylinder to the ignition switch. We finally got a replacement and we have tried putting it in 3 times with no luck. Currently everything works but the steering will not unlock. I am crying "Uncle" and we need some help. for what it's worth we also replaced the ignition switch.
