Ok, Brake M/Cs... Looking for a M/C to swap onto my 60.

Will a T-100 M/C work? It's 1 -1/16" too much?

I found some info on the other Toyota's but not enough.

What 4-Runners? Trucks? Cruiser's? for the stock calipers disk front/drum rr.

Thanks

Yes. No.

Mark...

It'll move more fluid, which will mean much less pedal travel with stock calipers. IIRC, the stock cruiser M/C bore before the 80 series was 7/8". The right year of 4Runner and minitruck M/Cs are a 1" bore and are perfect for putting on larger front calipers. I did this and it rocks. The 1 1/16" bore M/C would probably be even better for the larger calipers (assuming it'll bolt right up), but my pedal is firm and tight and it feels great. I still have drums in the back, but those are being replaced with discs, hopefully soon. I really doubt the 1 1/16" bore would be too much, but it'd probably take some getting used to. If all you're going after at this point is improved feel at the pedal, I recommend SS braided lines first. I have those on the front and rear and while they don't help braking performance, they make the pedal feel much firmer. Especially if youre soft lines are old like mine were.

I'm replacing a failed M/C and trying to do the 4-runner caliper swap soon. First pedal stroke I feel the piston hit the end of the M/C  . But I figure I'll do it right.
