Ignition switch assembly, assembly (1 Viewer)

Does anyone know how the assembly is assembled?!

My part came to me like so (84450-60270)...but I cannot find a reference chart to build it back anywhere.

Thoughts?

There's like 5 tiny springs on the black piece and 2 loose springs and 2 ball bearings and 2 copper pieces that are all loose...
