Ya i am not worried about the igniter now still working on this code 51... ya know what ticks me off was going to cut my losses and turn it over to Toyota and they said we cant help you. They don't even have a book on it.so i will pull my tbs tomorrow if that don't help try to set up a time with fj40 Jim for him to look at it.

1988 '' 62'' electrical distress

I'm stuck in the hills of the Ozarks I'm originally from Wyoming and need a wiring schematic of the engine harness on a 1988 "62" DESPERATELY so I can have the trip w/ my son alot more enjoyable (I'm getting injection pulse and fuel pressure and timing fire from the dist. is (hot) I'm not getting any fuel release from injectors although the noid light is coming on and the injectors are reading 13.2 thru 14.0 resistance. Thank you for any type of help you can provide.

When the igniter went out on my '83 I replaced it with an Accel 300+ CDI/coil but had to add a Mallory tach adapter. Much cheaper.

Worked great until the head/head gasket went. Now it's on the shelf waiting to go into my Audi.
