Idle RPM for cold start?

1200 or so, higher the colder it is. I asked a Toyota tech about this a while ago and I was told that it is to help light off the cats faster for lower emissions. My '08 Tundra 5.7 did the same thing. Makes me cringe because of no oil pressure at start up.

Gotcha I’m in SoCal so it’s only 40-50 rn

It’s a positive displacement pump. As soon as the starter kicks on, oil pressure builds.
