Well I've been looking for a 3 1/'2 size driving light. (anything under 4" anyway). PIAA has no such size, Hella has no size either. Does anyone have any ideas for a good 3 1/2" driving light?

Why 3.5" ? Where are they going to be located?

What kind of performance are you looking to get out of a light that size?
MR-16 lamps are 12 volt, 2" in dia., up to 85 watt, and come in several beam patterns.

Well I'm putting lights... IN the ARB bumper...I have found an "insert" of sorts for a 3 1/2 light....I think I have found some onHella's site...finally.

Cool, be sure to post pics when you are done. I have always thought it would be nice to have some IN the ARB as Fogs should be as low as possible, and by the time you get a driving & fog light in the middle on the tabs, you would be blocking the flow to the radiator big time ..... but there would be no protection for them off road if mounted low currently.

I would LOVE to get IPF's but there is no site for them...are they only sold and owned by ARB? The pics you have, what diameter are the 985 RS's???

BUT the 985's you are interested in (as it shows in the pic) has 107mm diameter (4" is 101.6mm). So it's just a tad over your requirement.

I actually broke a Hella Rallye 4000 and I just about went into heart failure when it happened. I'm going to run some sort of Hellas on the front, I'm using Hella 550s for backup lights. And I use the cheapest Walmart lights for rock lights. Why spend a lot of money as they will get broken.
