Searched crutchfield, best buy, metra. Was not able to find a matching harness.
Based on crutchfields guide it appears the OEM wiring harness was removed for these. Anyone recognize these?

Maybe Ill provide a little more information.

97 fzj80 Right rear door speaker wiring harness (from speaker [positive/negative terminal --> female] to door panel connection link)

I ordered Metra 72-8102 Speaker Wiring Harnesses from crustchfield following their recommendation. The internal pins align but the clasp does not attach.

TIA

If that's the rear door harness, it in fact looks like the plug that would go to the speaker. Your statement-question is kind of self explaining. The other end of that pigtail is usually soldered onto the speaker, it looks like someone went the easier route previously, and added female spade connectors.

Are you looking for a part number for the plug on the door side or something?

Have you looked at the EWD and Wire Harness Repair Manual?

Yes a part number would be excellent or a suggestion for aftermarket replacement.
This is my goto for OEM connectors. Might check out all their 2pin section.
Worst case you cut off that plug and make your own for a nice factory look
Cheers

That looks like the OEM speaker connector to me

Toyota Part #: 90980−11141
Sumitomo Part #: 6187-2171
It is a 2 Way Sumitomo MT connector
