doing dang near anything other than this.......floor under the bath and toilet were mushy, so I gutted the downstairs bath, last friday it was a bare room......I restored the clawfoot tub, finished it @2:30 Sat morning........We ordered old skool toilet and sink .......

This has been typical of a hunnerd year old home, pipes twisting off under the floor, unsquare walls, odd fittings...............if you have no patience this is not for you!

Greg and Jen are coming in from the frozen tundra for Turkey Day.......so my target date is Wed......I'm gonna make it, still like trim, wall heater and some loose ends on reconnecting the tub

Looks nice old man. Don't you just love crawling around under pier and beam floors. Could be worse, it could have been upstairs, when they twist off under the floor, you get to cut the brand new floor, that you just put down, up and fix them that way.
