I think I bricked my navigation.

2006 Land Cruiser

When driving long distances, the navigation would get all screwed up. I was on a trip this weekend, and it didn't have me traveling on I-95. It was showing me as being in a town almost 70 mile away, going in a completely different direction.

Soooooo, I started screwing with it in the settings menu, and chose a different disc for it. Now, it's telling me to insert the proper disc, and it's got some Japanese writing above that.

I guess my question is, does anyone know how to completely reset this unit? I obviously don't have the right disc for it. Disconnecting the battery for a while does nothing.

try ejecting the disk under the PS seat and disconnecting the battery as well. It might reload the disk. Or you can buy an updated disk from BenNard and that might fix or reset it.
