I suck at electrical. Anyone willing to help with FJ40 lights?

I could really use some help. I'm willing to pay in beer, food (I'm a pro Chef) or cash. My electrical is fine except for my rear lights. I have some LED light bars installed but need help wiring them. Also, the last buddy who tried to help wired a bad ground so whenever I put it in reverse it blows the fuse for the rear running lights. Brake lights work, but I drive to work before dawn, so I'd like to have running lights.
I also have a wall locker full of spare FJ40 parts I'll let ya sift through.

Hell, if you can help me solve the wiring issues, I'll let you roll around in my spare FJ40 parts and offer me what you think is fair. I need to get down and inventory what I have.
