So disassembly of the auto has commenced.

Rear end is completely out and in the garage.

Rear hatch, side mirrors. and wheels/tires sold off.

3 of the 4 rear seat pieces will be swapped onto ours.

Debating on the fronts.

All of the wood grain pieces, and the Sony stereo from it (what a huge difference over the Alpine unit, and generally i hate Sony), plus the center console were all swapped over.

Front glass was swapped to get the tinted windows (though the tint job is horrible).

Once the auto is disassembled and gone the manual will get the suspension work done.

After getting it out like this, and fighting it, I'm pretty sure they were meant to be removed separately...

Front diff is out.

Also pulled the steering rack - this will allow me to change the tie rods (inner/outer) out of the vehicle and just swap the rack (just 3 additional bolts and don't have to swap TREs on my back) when I swap the diff and front suspension on the manual.

Just waiting for the next guy to come get what's left.

Safety third!

Guy that came to get it was oddly like me... we both wore our safety slides (sandals) while loading this. Who needs a rear axle and ramps when you have a hoist and a jack?

Bye Felicia!

Now it's time to rebuild the steering rack I took from it for our 97.

When ready.... our 97 will get:
Lower mileage rack with new inner/outer TREs
4.30 front/rear diffs with rear locker
2008 like new OE T4R springs
Bilstein shocks
Ball joints
