Does anyone have a LHD wiring harness from a BJ71 or a LHD that had power windows/locks and a 13BT.

anyone anyone?? I've been through 3 different harnesses that were suppose to work and no luck.

What part of the harness are you looking for?

Door harnesses or the in-vehicle harnesses?

AFAIK, NOS harnesses are NLA, so you either need to make a new one from the pieces you have, which I can only imagine to be a difficult and time consuming process, or you need a wrecked LHD BJ71 to pull from (since I don't think there ever was a LHD BJ74). Small possibility you might find a wrecker in Europe with a BJ71 for parts, but I wouldn't know where to look--someone else on 'Mud might. Finding a wrecked LHD BJ71 here in the 'States is gonna be well-nigh impossible, I'd guess.

You could purchase a running, driving BJ71 from Europe and bring it in. You'd probably be looking at around $9k +/- to buy one (on the reasonable end), and another $3-5k to get it here (depending on many factors, particularly where it is in Europe, and how you'd get it from the Port to your house in Boulder). So. if you're fortunate, this option might cost you $12-14k, and you'd have a wireless BJ71 to sell when you're done. Not very practical.

Here's the bit that might actually be helpful: As luck would have it, I'm a fellow resident of Boulder (I sold you the NOS snorkel), and I have a LHD BJ71 that has a somewhat rough and modified body, but only 110k km on the clock. I was either going to pull the 13B-t out of it to swap into my BJ75, or just clean it up and sell it. Hadn't decided yet. IF I decide to pull the motor, I could sell you the carcass (minus any bits I'd need for the swap, if any), and you could pull whatever you need for wiring from it. You could then dispose of what's left by whatever means you see fit, either selling it whole for parts, or parting it out and crushing whatever's left over. PM to discuss if interested.
