Cause it's been dead in here! :D

Here's what you missed.... Yesterday I finally found a set of 4.56 differentials that someone wanted to let go of.... We swapped diff sets, my 4.10's for his 4.56's... Plus I gave him some money...

So, now my truck is sitting on blocks in the back yard... and I need it this week, so I'm swapping in the 4.10 diff out of my pending SAS front axle... That will buy me some time to regear the e-locker, although I'll be screwed if I need 4wd.... :D (I shouldn't...)

Thanks to Travis for lending a helping hand with the diff swap, sorry you couldn't accompany me to Taco Bell afterwords, it was incredible! :D (I was starving!)

 Gents and Gals! I'll keep you updated on the e-locker wiring, and regearing as it progresses!

ROTFL! I was thinking the exact thing! I txt'd Gabe even to see if he was still alive.

So far its just been a brutal week with work. Ive haven't done anything to my cruiser than enjoying driving it. Life has been pretty simple, but good.

I'm really looking forward to next weekend to hang with friends (that includes you guys, whoever is going) and do some wheeling and nice camping trip.

On the tech side. No CEL after throwing in the new EGR modulator, Aric took care of my CDL/7pin center lock issue, OME lift done, and she's running really good right now. just filled up with some shell plus with another bottle of lucas. Pleasure to drive.

I drove the 80 today, first time in 8 days. I felt better today but have to wait for tomorrow to make sure it's not just a false I'm getting better sign. 1 kid was down 7 days and he is normal now, bigger kid will hit day 7 tomorrow was still running fever today. No fever for me but yesterday was hell. My house is quite because of the flu!

If we were healthy here I probably would have managed a gear swap and completely trouble shot any codes that might have come up on my 80 AND got all my yard work done! :D

Well IF it had rained today like they said it would I would not have got the 4.10 diff out of my front axle and stuck it in the truck, or got my new 4.56 front diff installed.... But it didn't rain, so I did!

Now I'm pulling apart my 4.56 rear diff to get the gears out, cleaned and ready to go into the locker when I get the new parts for the install...

I've had to take a couple weeks off but today and tomorrow progress will be made. I have finally collected all the parts to convert my clutch to the correct hydraulic setup $150 later. I also just got back from the junkyard where I picked up my new steering box for $35. All I need to do is order a pitman arm next week and I'll be up and running and better than ever.

Well I was at work all week, and like Garett both my kids are sick. (Can't Wait to get it what they have, fun) The good news is because I got my tax return back, the wife gave me permission to get a roof rack or front bumper. But, because that is on the want list and not the need list I'm getting a chain saw instead. I'm waiting on the rain too jerrod, looks like its coming.

I got the truck 99% wired for the e-locker today!!! :D I just need to finish mounting the switch in the dash, and uncoil and mount the under-body part, that's just tied out of the way right now... System is checked, and it works great! :D

And so everyone doesn't feel left out... Rachael is sick... going on 5 days now.... I've been on the couch for 3 nights... she coughs in her sleep and it's very disruptive.... Hehehe

Hope you both feel better, the crud just plain sucks. After 2 weeks of me and the kids it was nice to get out this weekend.
