I started building my rear draw system it's out of 25x25mm alloy extrusion. I'm pretty sure I over engineered it could probably support the hole truck lol

No such thing as over engineering:D

Especially if you're using aluminum. Looks like a good start!
Continue to try to keep the weight down by not using too much laminated board.

Roger that! Good call!;)

The draw slides are the part that I'm looking forward to I'm using skateboard bearings lol

Seriously... for drawer slides, you don't need bearing sliders. You can use Delrin, Nylon or Polypropylene strips along the edges to slide on. Any of these materials will slide great, and you won't have to deal with grease, or dirt in your bearings.

^ +1
The bearings will rattle like the devil on your Al frame too. If you really want bearing rollers then think about cutting down some skateboard wheels t form a thin flat tire for the bearings.

Trust me they work really well the number one company in Australia build them this way. Bwidow.com.au the design is actually pretty impressive, there is no track for dirt to get stuck in, the bearings are a sealed unit so no grease

X3 on not needing bearings. my dad is a contractor/carpenter and has always had a set of full-length drawers in the back of every pickup truck he's owned to store his tools in. His drawers are at least 6' long, 4' wide, and are loaded up with hundreds of lbs of tools and misc stuff inside and on top of his box. His boxes are just made from plywood, and the drawers made from 1x12 fir or whatever they sell as 1x12 lumber - his drawer slides are a length of 1/2" stock (where you'd put your guides, that he's rubbed a candle over to make a layer of wax. sometimes that 300lb drawer slides out VERY quick and there's never been an issue of binding. I can't imagine you'd ever be able to load up some drawers in a Hundy like he does, so no sweat!

I would imagine that a strip of delrin or HDPE/cutting board material, or plastic would work just as well if not better.
