Yep I have a fully documented inspection report online with pictures of everything that needs work.
it was built in 04
Has a few shingles that have popped up
needs a few sheets of vinyl siding replaced
2 wax rings for two of the toilets
All of the faucets for everything needs to be tightened (I guess an oversight by the builder)
all hvac filters need to be replaced
A few small cracks in the foundation... already got a quote of $400 to get that sealed
Yeah it was build in 04 lived in for 3 months and has sat vacant ever since

On the rim off of mount holly/huntersville rd
nice. Is that up there close to that new 485 exit? I was up there looking at a potential project with some folks not too long ago in a community called Stonewater.

Right off the mount holley exit of the 485. That part has been open for over a year and a half. The new part is from the hwy 16 exit over past the 77
ha! that shows how often i get up there. I usually dont make it past the whitewater center. I go mtn biking up there alot when i train for my Xterra races. Thats a great area. Lots of new restuarants and stuff up around there too.
