Can anyone point me to a fuel line layout/diagram for my 2003 HZJ78 with duel tanks, hopefully with sizing? Thanks.

Sizing? Do you mean fuel hose diameter? I think by that year it all became 12mm internal diameter. I think the older 1HZ were 8 or 10mm But you can easily measure the fuel barbs on the filter head.
When Toyota introduced the HDJ78/79 in Australia, they had larger fuel hose diameters and added it to them and it became standard for all 99-
I doubt its for extra fuel flow to eliminate fuel starvation, I think its for more fuel to keep the inj pump cool.
Diagram should be similar to the HZJ75 if you come across one of those.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, I mean hose diameter. There seems to be at least 3 different sizes. Also, it's confusing to me lying on my back looking up at multiple lines going every which way, not knowing the direction of flow, two different diverters (as per photos), lines going to the engine, back from the engine, between tanks, through diverters.

I had a vacuum line crack off and I lost power assist on the brakes, so I thought it might be time to replace the vacuum and fuel lines to be safe.
