We are back into Toms truck, in the shop and rolling.

The doors you see are all rusted out, we are getting rust free doors and front clip from G&S Cruisers.

Tom does not like rust so he has a rust free tub from Idaho???

I'll be up soon with those parts Rob!

Way to go.

Full float is just one of many items on this rig......

Trying to talk Tom into the Denco pulse manifold turbo system witht he Switzer turbo. They also make a new intercooler, not sure if I have my facts strait but I think its a water to air unit.

The latest design they have is a self contained water to air unit, it does not use the coolant which is already hot to cool the air.

I should take a pole on the pros and cons of air to air verses water to air?????

Looking good man!

Can you give me more info on that Turbo system? What PSI, cost, where it's found etc. Thanks!

I have a friend that said he will give me his turbo of his Banks Cummins when he goes twin turbo but i am affraid it will be too large for the 1HZ. Just looking at some other options as well.

the soa makes those tires look tiny! are those lifted springs over? I bet some serious size can fit on there.

is that the 1hz in the pic? looks good.

Spring over on OMEs, once the bull bar and rear bumper, long range tank that you can kinda see in the picture are all installed it should come down a little.

Yes the engine is a very healthy 1HZ, should rock a turbo and intercooler.

Tom has 37s on beadlockers, picture above.

Gearing is kinda off, Tom is talking about factory diffs and cable lockers. Prolly be selling the 5.29 with ARBs??

Finished drilling a tapping the steering box for the existing ram on the axles, assembled box and made coat hanger templates for the lines.

We recieved the doors, pulled out the electrics and panels, ready for all the inners too be sprayed white. Nearly rust free clip and fenders also ready for inner spray.

I really like the quality of the stainless battery trays, very nice.

The previous pictue of the drain hole in the floor was actually closed over from a impact which moved the door pillar up and in a couple of inches.
