it is easier to get reasonable ackerman designed into the arms..

cool thanks. Iam intersted in a kit too level out my steering arm and tighten up my steering. LUKE seems tobe a little expensive but I guess it is worth the $....

I live dangerously. I made a double arm, leaving my tie rod below the springs and the drag link going over the springs. This way I preserved the Akerman angle, the stock drag link ends, (I like that I can take them apart without a pickle fork) and saved money. Yes I know it's supposed to be taboo, but I welded it VERY well and that was years ago, no problems. If it was going to break, it would have done so when I was forced to run over a huge bank of dirt at the road side, at stupid speed to avoid some retard piloting his Chevy down the middle of the road.

oh also you can get W Harold @ overthehill4x4.com to bend your stock arms to work with a SOA or a tall SUA, I had him do my arms on my 76 5 years ago and have had no problems. W knows his stuff!

also AQULA(sp?) out of Canada makes a double arm thats pretty awesome.
