Hungry Valley SVRA 4x4 training area and trail run Nov 8

I'll be heading to Hungry Valley (just north of LA) on Nov 8 for a day trip. I posted on Expeditionportal.com as well and I think some folks from over there will be joining. Plan is to meet at the Flying J at the Frazier Mtn exit at 9am and then caravan into the SVRA and mess around at the training/obstacle area for a bit. Trail run with lunch stop, few beers, or whatever after that. I'd love to meet some new people and hang out for the day so post up if you can make it. I'll be leaving from Tustin if there are any OC folks out there.

I'll take it to mean you aren't going to Surf n Turf? You're almost half way there if you are coming from Tustin

To be honest, I've been totally uninvolved in any sort of social stuff with other cruiser folks. This may sound terrible, but I don't even know what surf n turf is but I was forewarned that people wouldn't be able to make it Hungry Valley because there was another event going on. I'd like to met some new people and get involved in trial events and so I'll be paying closer attention to what's going on out there.
