Hundies are to find in AZ?

I'm cleaning out the garage big-time. Thinking about selling the Hundy. CL & autotrader &c have few if any 100s for sale. When we were buying one last year there were folks flying from all over to buy them from AZ and none were avail.

Good time to sell here? (relatively of course...)

Scott, the market appears to me as pretty strong due to the low supply. Phil is pretty plugged into the 100 market, maybe he will jump in here. I think when he sold his modded 06, it went pretty quick - but it was also pretty unique.

I know he is shy about talking about the whole "Hundy" topic

It all boils down to how much you want and how much the bank will lend if any. The 15K 100 are hot, due to the cost when you get higher cost the dollars tighten up. Today with people with the cash buying power to purchase late model 100 are few.

I ended up getting my '06 at a good price only because nobody else could pony up with the cash. The guy that purchased it from me, financing also was not needed. FWIW it went to NY

Cash buyers are available but they want a deal IMO. Last month 55% of home sale were cash sales.
