Hello Toyota folks, .. including you.
Big changes coming for PMC in 2006! PMC President Tim Wehrer is charting a new course for PMC and if you are reading this, you are already involved.
Stay tuned for changes in: Formal meeting locations/schedules, an entirely new and updated newsletter format, changes to the phone list, and most important of all, a new breath of fresh air to our yearly calendar building upon Big Jim Adam' insationable thirst for 4 wheeling and breakage!
If you have not renewed for 06, that's fine. You are going to get one more newsletter describing where you can go.
Newsletters will become a thing of the past under Tim's leadership.
Say good bye to the yearly winch raffle and say Hello to...
That is correct, you'll need to renew and follow the instructions in the your upcoming last newsletter to remain involved and find out what and how you can win in 2006.
Say good bye to the PMC Website too.
And say Hello to .... well, never mind because if you are reading this, you have already said Hello to PMC's forum on IH8Mud! Special note of thanks to Woody for that.
Yes, PMC will be using this forum much more aggressively for real time information and communication. Don't have e-mail? Come on! If Twiddy can have a cordless phone, you can get email.
Now you might ask 'Well Dayyum, what are we keeping'? We're keeping our logo, but wait till you see what we are going to do with it!!
and we are keeping our swap meet... but wait till you see what Ron has planned. You'll be blown away and never look at a swap meet in the same light again.
And yes, we are going to keep Jeeper Ron too although that one was close. Good thing he has been known to cook killer ribs and most excellent banana pancakes otherwise he would have been swept like last years broken parts.
So if you are a long term PMC Member, be sure and renew, the ride is going to be awesome. If you are on the fence about joining, don't expect a lot of Please join from PMC, you either want to or you don't. If free fire extinguishers, Hi Lift Jacks and membership was not enough to help you see value in your membership, then do what you gotta do... but you only get one more newsletter to think about it.
The TLCA Chapter club that has consistently broken the century mark in membership since its third year (and its now 9 years for PMC) is reaching for new heights in member benefits and fun, and we hope you're along for the ride.
PMC: Our club is only as good as our members and our members are great!
